It's Kay Frances to the STRESS-cue! In the frenzied world of post-acute and long-term care, you need to be reminded of the importance of managing your stress, embracing change, and maintaining a positive attitude for peak performance and success in all areas of your life. The so called "little things" in life can become cumulative if we don't stop them in their tracks. We need to manage our stress before it manages us!

  • Learn how to cope with - and embrace - change as a welcome part of life.
  • Develop specific strategies for preventing and managing stress and minimizing its effects on our well-being.

Presenter:

hnKay Frances, MBA, The Funny Stress Speaker, has shared her message to “lighten up, stress less and take care of ourselves” in 49 states and Canada for over 30 years. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a degree in Health and Education. When it comes to humor, Ms. Frances is the "real deal" having performed as a professional standup comedian for many years and appearing on several national television and radio programs. Additionally, she is the author of “The Funny Thing about Stress; A Seriously Humorous Guide to a Happier Life.”
